Follow one clear path from account creation to product access, secure download, installation, activation, and normal use.
Sign In to Customer Dashboard
Open the secure Customer Dashboard. This is your main workspace for products, licenses, downloads, subscriptions, and notices.
Open Customer Dashboard →Choose a Product
Browse Trading Systems or Trading EAs and review the product purpose, requirements, supported features, and current pricing.
Explore Products →Select Your Access Plan
Choose the available monthly or annual plan for the product and continue to the approved secure checkout.
Review Pricing →Complete Payment
Complete checkout using the approved payment provider. Successful payment allows SARAK TRADE PRO to provision the purchased product access.
Confirm Product Access
Return to the Customer Dashboard and confirm the purchased product appears in your active products or subscription area.
View My Products →Review Your License
Confirm the product license status, access period, and any MT5 account, broker server, or device requirements shown for that product.
Open Account & Licenses →Download the Current Product
Open Customer Dashboard → Downloads and use Secure Download for the current approved release.
Open Downloads →Follow the Correct Installation Method
Trading Systems use the SARAK Windows installer. Trading EAs are installed through the MT5 MQL5\Experts folder.
Activate or Validate
Complete the product-specific license validation. The exact process depends on whether you are using a standalone Trading System or a Trading EA inside MT5.
Confirm Normal Operation
Check the correct MT5 account, broker server, supported gold symbol, license status, product panel or dashboard, and any permissions required by that product.
Start Using the Product
Use the product according to its intended role, such as analysis, confirmation, advisory, trade management, or approved execution support.
